Layer 1 (Machine) checks whether your resume will actually get past ATS filters. It scores keyword alignment, formatting, and structure. Layer 2 (Human) is about what happens after a recruiter opens it: rewriting your summary, upgrading bullets to lead with outcomes, finding your standout angle. Most tools only do one of those. VibePly does both in a single run.
Why wouldn't I just use ChatGPT?+
You could, and for a single resume review it might be fine. The difference is what happens when you're applying to 10 or 20 jobs.
