VibePly™ ("we," "our," "us") is a resume optimization tool. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what we don't do with it.
Account information. If you sign up for Pro or join our waitlist, we collect your email address. We use it to manage your account and send product-related communications. We don't sell or share your email with third parties.
Analytics. We use analytics and advertising tools to understand how people use the site and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing. These tools may use cookies and may process your IP address. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
Usage data. We log technical metadata such as timestamps, error logs, and anonymized usage counts to monitor performance and debug issues. These logs do not contain your resume or job listing content.
Local storage. We use your browser's local storage for preferences and usage tracking. Some Pro features also store data locally on your device. This data is not sent to our servers unless otherwise noted.
Pro subscriber data. Pro subscribers' analysis metadata (such as scores and job titles) is stored on our servers to enable features like version history. Full resume text and job listings are not stored. Feedback submitted through the Pro dashboard is also stored.
Resumes and job listings. When you run an analysis, your content is processed using AI technology within a system designed and maintained by our team. Results are returned to your browser. We do not store your resume, job listing, or analysis results on our servers.
File uploads. If you upload a resume file, it is processed in memory to extract text, then discarded. We do not save uploaded files.
We strongly recommend that you do not include sensitive information in your submissions that is not typically found on a professional resume, such as government ID numbers or financial account details. We are not responsible for sensitive data you choose to include.
We use third-party services for AI processing, website hosting, data storage, payment processing, and analytics. These services may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies. Your resume and job listing content is not stored by any third-party service beyond the time needed to complete your analysis. Payment information is handled entirely by our payment processor and is never stored on our servers.
All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted. We do not store sensitive personal data such as resumes or job listings. Account data is stored securely with access restricted to VibePly administrators.
You can request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us. Pro subscribers can manage and delete their stored data from the dashboard.
VibePly is not intended for use by anyone under 16.
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top. We won't retroactively change how we handle data you've already shared with us.
