These terms govern your use of VibePly™ ("the service"), operated by VibePly LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("we," "our," "us"). By using VibePly, you agree to these terms.
VibePly is a resume workspace built for the person applying. It analyzes your resume against a specific job listing and provides suggestions to improve keyword alignment, formatting, and overall positioning, plus an upgraded resume export, cover letter, and interview prep. Our analysis methodology, scoring criteria, and quality standards are developed and continuously refined.
VibePly is not a career counselor, employment agency, recruiter, or job placement service. We don't guarantee job interviews, offers, or employment outcomes. Our output consists of AI-assisted recommendations, not professional career advice. VibePly is designed for standard job applications and is not built for government roles or university positions.
VibePly uses AI to generate analysis results, suggestions, and other output. While we design, test, and continuously refine the systems that produce this output, the content is generated algorithmically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Scores are estimates, not guarantees. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to use any content generated by VibePly. We do not guarantee that following our suggestions will result in improved hiring outcomes.
Free tier. You may run up to 3 analyses per calendar month for free. The count resets on the 1st of each month. No account is required. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits.
Pro tier. VibePly Pro is a paid monthly subscription ($9/month at the current rate) that includes unlimited analyses, resume export, application tracker, version history, interview prep, and additional features. Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged.
Restrictions. We enforce rate limits to protect the service. Automated access, scraping, or excessive usage may result in restriction of access.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment details on our servers. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or if we terminate your account without cause. Because Pro includes a 7-day free trial, you can cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
You own your resume, job listings, and any content you submit. By using VibePly, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the sole purpose of providing analysis results and enabling features you use. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not claim ownership of your content or the generated output. Free users' content is not stored after analysis. Pro subscribers' analysis results and parsed resume content are stored to enable features like Version History and Resume Export, and can be deleted at any time from the dashboard.
You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit the content you provide.
Free users' resumes and job listings are processed in memory and not stored. Pro features store analysis results, parsed resume content, and application tracking data on our servers to enable functionality like Version History, Resume Export, and the Application Tracker. Full resume files (PDFs) are not stored. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Do not include sensitive personal information in your submissions that is not typically found on a professional resume. We are not responsible for sensitive data you choose to include.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or programmatically access the service; attempt to bypass limits or security measures; submit malicious content (including prompts designed to manipulate or extract system instructions from the AI); resell or redistribute VibePly's output as a competing service; or use the service in any way that violates applicable law.
We don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. If changes significantly affect paid subscribers, we'll provide reasonable notice.
VibePly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of employment opportunities, lost wages, or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
You can stop using VibePly at any time, and Pro subscribers can cancel from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, attempt to abuse the service, fail to pay applicable fees, or for any reason that significantly affects security or availability of the service. If we terminate your access without cause, we'll refund any prepaid amounts on a prorated basis.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. You and VibePly LLC waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in those courts. We hope it never comes to that, but email support@vibeply.com first and we'll do our best to work it out.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and VibePly LLC regarding the service. Our failure to enforce any provision doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.
We may update these terms. If we make changes, we'll update the 'Last updated' date at the top. It's your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of VibePly after changes means you accept the updated terms.
