These terms govern your use of VibePly™ ("the service"), operated by VibePly ("we," "our," "us"). By using VibePly, you agree to these terms.
VibePly is a resume optimization tool that combines AI technology with human-designed analysis systems. It analyzes your resume against a job listing and provides suggestions to improve keyword alignment, formatting, and overall positioning. Our analysis methodology, scoring criteria, and quality standards are developed and continuously refined by our team.
VibePly is not a career counselor, employment agency, recruiter, or job placement service. We don't guarantee job interviews, offers, or employment outcomes. Our output consists of AI-assisted recommendations, not professional career advice. VibePly is designed for standard job applications and is not built for government roles or university positions.
VibePly uses AI to generate analysis results, suggestions, and other output. While our team designs, tests, and refines the systems that produce this output, the content is generated algorithmically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Scores are estimates, not guarantees. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to use any content generated by VibePly. We do not guarantee that following our suggestions will result in improved hiring outcomes.
Free tier. You may run a limited number of analyses for free. No account is required. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits.
Pro tier. VibePly Pro is a paid monthly subscription that includes unlimited analyses and additional features. Pro subscriptions include a free trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged.
Restrictions. We enforce rate limits to protect the service. Automated access, scraping, or excessive usage may result in restriction of access.
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your payment details on our servers. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or if we terminate your account without cause.
You own your resume, job listings, and any content you submit. By using VibePly, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process your content for the sole purpose of providing analysis results. We don't claim ownership of your content or the generated output, and we don't store your content after analysis.
You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit the content you provide.
Some features store data locally on your device. Some Pro features store metadata on our servers to enable functionality like syncing across devices. Full resume text and job listings are never stored. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Do not include sensitive personal information in your submissions that is not typically found on a professional resume. We are not responsible for sensitive data you choose to include.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or programmatically access the service; attempt to bypass limits or security measures; submit malicious content; resell or redistribute VibePly's output as a competing service; or use the service in any way that violates applicable law.
We don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. If changes significantly affect paid subscribers, we'll provide reasonable notice.
VibePly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.
You can stop using VibePly at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.
We may update these terms. If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top. Continued use of VibePly after changes means you accept the updated terms.
